Having taken over from John and Steve in October 2024, we're committed to maintaining everything that makes The Brewery Inn such a special place in Cosheston's heart. The warm, welcoming atmosphere and strong community spirit that have earned the pub its stellar reputation will remain at our core.
With Ashley's 12 years of experience as a chef, we're particularly excited about our food offering. We believe in keeping things local, using the finest Pembrokeshire produce to create delicious, homemade dishes from scratch. You can look forward to our new seasonal menus while enjoying all your pub favourites.
For those who know and love The Brewery Inn, rest assured - we're firm believers in "if it's not broke, don't fix it." The dog-friendly policy stays (being massive dog lovers ourselves!), and the warm welcome you've come to expect will only grow stronger.
We're deeply grateful to John and Steve for entrusting us with this wonderful establishment, and to the Cosheston community for making us feel so welcome already. This pub has been a dream come true for us, and we're committed to ensuring it continues to be a place where locals and visitors alike can enjoy great food, good company, and memorable moments.
